Technical Documentation LLC
Dear Customer,
My name is Michael Cradick.
I obtained an Electrical Engineering Degree with a minor in mathematics. After graduating I worked three years developing and marketing inverter IC’s used to back light keypads and displays. I then obtained a position working on space launch platforms, “rockets” and supported eleven missions and two hardware qualifications, all were successful, on time and on budget. I received accommodations for six of the launches I supported and an award from NASA. During my support of both industrial and aerospace hardware I spent a large amount of time writing or documenting assembly procedures, test procedures and qualification procedures.
I have found that good documentation allows a company to perform an assembly or test with consistency; it improves quality, and makes training of new personnel much easer. Did you know that teachers only present two or three new ideas per class, beyond this students will not retain the information. Few technical processes are only two or three steps. This is why having a well written manual will allow a new employ to check on the steps they are not sure of and quickly learn the process, even when they were initially overloaded by new information. Good sign off sheets allow for identifying missed steps or week points in a process and correcting the weaknesses. All of these facts help reduce operating expenses.
I am now providing a service to the small manufacturer or service provider who is starting to expand, and needs a referents document covering his process. We also supply stander technical documentation such as data sheet, training manuals and ISO documentation.
Please give us a call and we will discus your needs.
Sincerely;
Michael P. Cradick
